Job Title: Technical Specialist
Location: GA - Alpharetta
Duration: 6+ Months
Details of Position:
The Technical Specialist must have working knowledge of SAP. Must possess
excellent oral and written communication skills, planning, organizational skills,
interpersonal skills, and problem solving ability. Individual must be able to operate
under minimal supervision. Individual must be able to initiate and organize efforts
with multiple development teams, support groups, project managers, and users.
Analyst must be aware of and take into consideration customer project needs along
with external and internal business factors when making decisions about
environment changes. Specialist will be responsible for tracking schedule, project
status, environment changes, resource allocation and high priority issues pertaining
to all projects involving Global Systems resources.
Management Skills:
Individual will be responsible for the following: - Regularly represent Global Systems
in the infrastructure meetings by providing schedule input. - Schedule and coordinate
environment outages and activities. - Serve as backup for Release Manager as
required. - Work with development teams to proactively monitor each system’s
availability and address system’s needs. - Coordinate resolution of development and
test environment issues
