Job Description

Cisco Level II Helpdesk Consultant

Coraopolis, PA (Pittsburgh Area)

7 months+ contract


There are at least two (2) openings for Cisco Level II Helpdesk Consultants. 


Shift: 11 P.M. - 7 A.M., Sunday -Thursday


Requirements:

  • Candidate will be supporting LAN/WAN, wireless, and voice configuration
  • Should have at least 3-5 years experience
  • Cisco Unified Wireless
  • CCNP with Routing and Switching or Wireless preferred
  • Good routing / switching skills
  • Experience with WCS and 5508 controllers 
  • Will consider candidates with Wireless, LAN/WAN and Voice since these are the priority skills.
