The Candidate must meet the following minimum requirements.

• Hands-on experience Implementing and leading Lean Initiatives in a manufacturing setting
• Work exclusively in Lean Transformation
• Experience with Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, TPS, pull system and problem solving
• Six Sigma experience
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's Degree
