Amotec Inc. has an immediate need for a technical recruiter in the Denver, CO area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of corporate recruiting and staffing experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical fields. In addition, the position will be an on - premise assignment and the duration could be up to 6 months.

Full Life Cycle Recruiting Experience to include direct sourcing methodology - cold-calling, networking and other creative methods
- Computer skills including MS Office Applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Working knowledge of employment laws and other applicable regulations
- Experience conducting Boolean searches using various internet search engines
- Minimum Degree: B.S. or equivalent experience.
- Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
