Job Description

Therapy Area: Surgical Urology
Package: Negotiable basic salary between 30,000-42,000, car, pension scheme, private health, bonus, daily allowance
Territory: West Midlands, East Midlands, Hertfordshire, East Anglia

They operate within three distinct areas: Ostomy Care products for people whose intestinal outlet has been rerouted through the abdominal wall; Urology and Continence Care products for people suffering from diseases of the kidneys, urinary system and male reproductive system; dressings for the treatment of chronic wounds and Skin Care products for prevention and treatment. As a Territory Manager within their Surgical Urology division, you will report into the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for driving sales and market share by building relationships with NHS personnel and customers and delivering high performance in the following areas:-

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through driving own performance
Grow product portfolio in secondary care
Implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
Develop business plans for the territory to achieve maximum results
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in order to deliver on agreed results
Liaise with key NHS customers across various departments to negotiate continued and increased product usage
Accurately analyse a broad range of data to drive territory strategy
Demonstrate their mission, values and leadership competencies
Support their global agenda.

Personal Attributes
Essential: Minimum of 12 months successful field sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement in theatre sales
Desirable: Ideally medical devices, experience of negotiating at a senior level, previous experience of the surgical urology market would be an advantage.
