Hays Property & Facilities is pleased to be partnering with our well known Property Management client in Montreal for the role of Senior Property Manager. Located in downtown Montreal, this high profile mixed use property will go through several phases of development in the foreseeable future.

We are looking for an experienced property management professional to assist in guiding the property through these important stages. Your day to day job will be to development and implement strategies for revenue increase as well as controlling expenses. Develop and manage strategic goals to enhance the value of the property as well as managing and mentoring your direct reporting staff.
 
To be considered for this important role your background must include fluent bilingualism both written and verbal in French and English. You must have at least 10+ years of professional property management experience in either commercial office tower combined with experience in the hotel industry, retail industry or other similar type of environments. You must have strong financial reporting, controls, budgeting and forecasting experience. You must have a post secondary university education along with CPM, RPA or CSM designation. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent problem solving skills.
