In partnership with our Property Management industry leader client, we are currently recruiting for the position of Leasing Representative. Located in Montreal, you will be a part of an extremely busy and dynamic team of property professionals!

In this job you will work under the Manager, and be responsible for performing all aspects of leasing for a portfolio made up of various office and industrial properties. Working with the team, your job will be to develop and implement leasing strategies, prepare budgets and forecasting for leasing costs, fees and rental revenue. You will negotiate all types of leases including renewals, extensions, expansions, relocations, subleases and so on. Working closely with tenants and the brokerage community, you will ensure that space is leased, as well as perform analysis and reporting, including financial analysis and modeling. 　
 
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3-5 years of professional leasing experience in a similar type environment. You should have post secondary education in Business, Commerce, or other Real Estate related fields. You should have strong experience in the areas of credit analysis and risk assessment. You must be fluently bilingual in both written and verbal French and English and an active Commercial Real Estate License would be an asset.
