Our Client is looking for a Hyperion Developer - Irvine, CA. This is a full-time position and the salary range is 105-115K + benefits, etc. Our client will transfer H1 visas.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Project manager and developer participating in all stages of implementation including discovery, design, development & deployment

Provide technical solutions and design recommendations based on best practices

Ability to build POC, participate in project planning and estimation based on business requirements

Ability to monitor system / database performance and tune for optimization

Ability to write complex calc scripts & business rules based on business requirements

Ability to configure and design reports within Financial Reports.

Ability to assist with administration and support of production systems and end user queries

Documentation & user training

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:

Proven success & experience with multiple life cycle implementations across several industries

Deep expertise in Hyperion System 11 for Planning, Essbase, Reports, EPMA, ASO & ODI.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Customer focused with positive attitude

Ability to provide solutions and enhance current applications based on user requirements

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

BA or BS degree in IT, Business or similar field of study.

7 years experience in Hyperion Planning and Essbase.

Functional knowledge around financial systems and general business processes.

Self-starter, self-manager.

Ability to apply problem-solving techniques.

PLUS FACTORS:

Knowledge of HFM & FDM.

Exposure to SAP R3 and BW.

Hyperion ESSBASE / Planning certification

Masters degree in Business or IT.
