We are software craftsmen working on innovative, high profile products in the spirit of collective ownership and collaborative design. Continuing on the path to building an elite development team, VersionOne is looking for developer talent to join our platform and integrations team.

We are expanding an initiative to fully embrace an open source community for our platform and integrations. Our platform consists of .NET and Java SDKs that enable developers to write custom applications leveraging the VersionOne application. Our integrations include version control systems, issue trackers, build tools, IDEs, and unique ALM applications. For customers and developers who have needs that out-of-the-box VersionOne or existing integrations don’t meet, the VersionOne Platform Development Community will be an open-source ecosystem that provides tools and practices for distributed collaboration on new VersionOne-centered products. Unlike the current community site, the new community will be focused the needs of adopters and contributors of the SDK and SDK-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years as a developer, ideally with 2 or more years in each Agile and Open Source. Preference given to experience with SDK and integration development
• Demonstrated polyglot programming skills (C#, Java, Perl, Python, and Ruby)
• Experience with a broad range of software development tools (Bugzilla, Buy A Feature, ClearQuest, CruiseControl, CruiseControl.NET, Eclipse, ElectricCommander, Fitnesse, Git, Hudson, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA, JIRA, Perforce, Quick Test Pro, Quality Center, Subversion, TeamCity, TestComplete, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Team System)
• BA or BS in a related field or equivalent experience
