The EMEA Sales Organization relentlessly protects information of small, midsize, and enterprise customers by offering more than 200 solutions within its security, infrastructure operations, information risk & compliance, storage and business continuity software portfolios.  These solutions are delivered to customers through multiple sales channels, including Direct B2B/Public Sector, Value-Added/Large Account Resellers and Global Strategic Partnerships.  Setting us apart from our competitors is the devotion and time we take to understand our customers’ requirements better than everyone else.  Drives a 3:1 pipeline with a minimum of 5 new opportunities added to
forecast each week. Focus of opportunity will be as directed by the
ISO Leadership Team
 Partners with Territory Account Managers to build and execute
territory/vertical Account Plan to maximize revenue opportunity
 Responsible for delivering to customers and partners on the phone:
o The Symantec pitch
o The Symantec Value proposition for the core 4
products/solutions
o Competitive positioning
collaborating with the Technology Sales Organization as appropriate
for on-line demonstrations


Professional
 Native language with fluent English
 Knowledge of competitive market place
 Knowledge of industry/geographic market place
 Ability to interact at senior levels internally and with external
organizations
Personal
 Self confident
 Excellent communication skills
 Self starter with a desire to succeed
 Ability to work with minimum supervision
Operational
 Knowledge and experience of SFDC an advantage
 Symantec product knowledge
 Understanding of revenue recognition policies
