Responsibilities: Very strong internal client focus and relationship skills Interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates Handle multiple opening and locations with tight deadlines Heavy emphasis on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiation required Sourcing: internet/advertising, applicant databases and tracking system, direct sourcing of passive candidates, and employee referral Experience in defining job requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles
Requirements: Minimum of two years of full life cycle recruiting experience Bachelor's degree Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience recruiting and hiring entry level to senior level employees
