 Based in Hong Kong you will be architecturally trained with at least 7 years experience. You will have a keen eye for design as you mange projects at all phases from design development, tendering, contract development, construction phase and post occupancy ensuring projects are delivered to a high design level. It will be essential to demonstrate strong analytical, presentation and communication skills as you liaise with local partners, consultants and government authorities to ensure timely completion of the projects.  Showing strong leadership, determination and keeping calm under pressure will go a long way to proving your success in this role.
