Professional Service Sales (Consulting Sales) – Oracle Technology (Oracle Fusion / FMW – SOA, Database, Security, BI) – NYC, NY/NJ, North East, New England - Resume to mc.didone@oracle.com

 

Drive and motivation to sell Oracle Technical Professional / consulting services full-time

 

This is a direct sales role.

 

This is a senior level role, comparable to a seasoned Sr. Manager/Associate Partner in the big five model.

 

We currently have three opportunities to be based in and cover a surrounding geography:

 

NYC, NY (Must reside in NYC or show easy commute to NYC daily)

North East – NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA

New England

Northeast, USA

 

Responsibilities:

 

Selling consulting professional services around Oracle solutions such including but not limited to Oracle Technologies (Oracle Fusion / FMW, Security, Database, BI)

 

NO MANAGED SERVICES SALES.

 

The selected candidate will be assigned a targeted account type, a geographic territory, pipeline targets and a bookings quota for the market.

 

Mandatory knowledge / experience:

 

Quota:

 

Expected to have carried, and be paid variable comp on a personal (not group) quota attainment.

Need to demonstrate (and be able to prove if offered) at least 95% attainment on a consistent basis (at least 3 consecutive years, and must be recent history)

Commission history - MBO or discretionary bonus not acceptable

 

Direct Sales Experience:

 

Minimum of 5+ years experience working in a direct field sales role

IT Sales for a solutions consulting organization in the areas outlined above

Oracle technology product knowledge a MUST!

Practical knowledge of positioning and selling Projects versus Staff Augmentation deals

Must demonstrate experience selling complex, multi-pillar sales solutions

Must understand selling the value of project management

Must understand of project implementation methodologies

 

100% Mon – Thurs/Fri travel.

 

Candidates must be able to travel within a defined geographic region. 

 

Successful experienced / seasoned Professional Services sales reps who are successfully selling consulting professional services
