FUNCTIONAL IT ANALYST ORDER TO CASH - MIAMI, FLORIDA

Global leader is looking to add a Functional Analyst to their team in Miami.

Job Description :
- Assist project leaders during the planning phase by scoping the proposed solution leading to cost and time estimate. Accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings
- Configure Oracle Applications 11i for Quoting, Order Management and Accounts Receivables functions within the “Order To Cash” business process.
Work on custom workbenches that support the order to cash process. This would include quoting workbench, billing workbench and pricing engines. Assist with security, Oracle responsibilities, Alerts, Workflow approvals and system privileges.
- Responsible for identifying and identifying areas of improvement that would help improve the system performance. Be proactive to work with the end user to help identify areas of improvement for the system.
- Support all Oracle Applications patching, upgrade and maintenance activities by testing and troubleshooting functional issues. Lead functional acceptance testing of patches and upgrades
