Job Description
Requirements:
 
Florida Clinical Lab Scientist Supervisor License
Experience:
Blood Bank experience, Experience with Laboratory Information Systems in Blood Banking, Safe Trace Preferred.
Education:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Medical Technology
Additional qualifications include the ability to facilitate patient care through coordination/collaboration of the entire healthcare team. Serves as a consultant and clinical resource to medical, nursing staff, and other health care providers to promote patient health and wellness. Must be flexible and willing to rotate to different locations as needed. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are required. The ability to work well with others in a professional and team oriented, fast paced environment is key. Previous experience working with an electronic medical record and quality projects is a plus. Additionally, the applicant must be detail oriented and provide exceptional customer service
 
This is a 1st shift opportunity - No weekend, No Holidays!
SBB is not required for this position, looking for someone with transfusion management or supervisor experience
