Job Description

CRM Manager required for a position within a fast growing organisation. Fantastic opportunity that offers career progression in a great working environment.

Requirements:

Advanced English speaker with:

  • University degree majoring in marketing, communications, or completion of comparable training
  • At least 2 years work experience with a proven track record in CRM
  • Passion for eCommerce and CRM trends
  • Desirable: knowledge of HTML, experience with e-mail marketing

Good knowledge in the use of CRM systems, and MS Office skills, other languages ​​an advantage

Role:

  • Development of strategies to increase customer loyalty and customer value
  • Responsibility for the design, implementation and further development of dialogue marketing campaigns and their optimization with a focus on daily e-mail marketing
  • Development of segmentation and communication strategies away from mass market to an individual one-to-one customer relationship
  • Work closely with the Operations and sales area, the international country teams and external partners / agencies
