Physical therapists treat and assist patients and in orthopedic treatment center, hospital and rehabilitation clinic settings. Evaluate a patient’s condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan.Carries out effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, which are established by the licensed/registered therapist. Plans conform to federal, state and professional standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistants or must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required. Candidate must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Candidate must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Candidate must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Candidate must meet all local health regulations; pass post-offer drug test, and post-offer employment physical exam; if required. Candidate must be capable of performing essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must have own transportation to travel between sites as needed. Candidate must possess computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish specific job duties and assignments. Candidate must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed.
State license is required. Relocation assistance may be offered to qualified candidate. Must have 2+ years of experience.
