Excellent law firm client with collegial culture and very low turnover seeks a health care attorney with 4+  years of experience in health care regulatory litigation.  Relevant experience should include familiarity with certificate of need regulations, hospital medical staff and peer review issues, facility licensure, and other state and federal regulatory issues, such as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, Stark, and HIPAA.
