Our client, a start up division of an established company in mining that has interests in Canada, Middle East, Africa and Asia, is looking for an exceptional CFO with a proven track record in Construction/Mining and/or Mineral Resources industries.

Reporting to the Chairman, you will be an extremely hands on individual, as you will have a small team in Vancouver. However you will be responsible for liaising with and directing the Finance Managers/CFO’s in the public and private entities in Canada, Middle East, Africa and Asia.  You must have experience of dealing with the banks, capital raising and have some IPO exposure.  You must also be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills.  You will be required to travel on a regular basis.
