The Director of Clinical Services, RN, reporting to the CEO, for this newly formed Care Management Company (Sister Company) will have overall responsibility for developing and overseeing a team of Clinical staff ensuring that quality care is given to all patients enrolled in the Managed Long Term Care Company's plan.
