Job Description:

• Grow e-commerce sales and profit by developing sales and profit  growth plans
• Lead e-commerce merchant team in alignment with e-commerce strategy
• Develop annual e-commerce sales and profit business plans
• Evaluate weekly sales program as to its effectiveness and recommend  needed adjustment
• Work with pricing resources and corporate to optimize pricing for  market and multi-channel
• Direct all online merchandising efforts
• Reinforce high standards for overall in-stock, first to market,  presentation and customer service levels
• Monitor billing, shrink and direct margin by period, assist in  development of action plans to address under-performing categories
• Actively develop team members’ professional skills and develop  benchmark for future growth
• Hold procurement staff accountable for product flow and OTIF
• Communicate regularly with buyers on observations, problems and  feedback, inclusive of clearance considerations

Qualifications:

• BS/BA
• Minimum 5+ years in multi-channel retail marketing/merchandising  experience
• Minimum 2-3 years online merchandising experience
• Proven experience in growing online categories
• Knowledge of marketplace and store operations
