**Senior HRIS Analyst**
The Senior HRIS ANALYST will play a key role providing project lead and systems support for Human Resources policies and programs. This position is critical to supporting our HR Software Systems: PeopleSoft HRMS, Taleo, Kronos, Success Factors, Cornerstone, related ADP applications, and complex reporting and analyses.
Extensive knowledge of all HR functions as well as extensive knowledge of HRIS applications and software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook. Key HR systems administration knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM 9.0, Taleo 7.5, ADP, I-PAY, Cornerstone LMS, and Success Factors
Minimum 5 years experience with PeopleSoft and experience working in an integrated ERP environment. This role will serve as the lead functional resource for PeopleSoft
PeopleSoft HRMS, eApplications, Self-Service, ADP Payroll systems experience a plus. Consideration will be given with comparable experience on other HRMS systems.

-Managing and implementing requirements specified by the HR functional experts
-Advising on how to configure the HR applications appropriately.
-Ability to create requirements documentation and the ability to communicate to both technical and functional Subject Matter Experts (SME)Responsible for working with HR SMEs and HR team to understand reporting needs and interfaces.
-Responsible for managing all interfaces.
-Assist with the training of HR users on new functionality within the HR module as appropriate.
-Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy is maintained across all databases, files, etc.
-Log, monitor and assist in resolution of all ERP -HR related issues.
