We are currently searching for a Sr Systems Administrator for a fulltime position with our client located in the Dallas, TX area.

Position Responsibilities:

1. · Provides advanced installation, configuration and maintenance for a 450 user collaboration environment consisting of Microsoft Exchange 2010, SourceOne archiving, Microsoft OCS 2007, SharePoint 2010, Xerox Docushare, Blackberry handhelds, WebEx and document scanning systems.
2. · Additional support requirements include maintaining a highly virtualized Intel-based server farm consisting of approximately 250 Windows servers. This support includes hardware, operating systems and third party software.
3. · Monitors server performance and capacity.
4. · Acts as a liaison for customer relations.
5. · Forecasts system demands and recommends upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations.
6. · Performs computing environment build-outs, user training, installation, maintenance and support with emphasis on documentation of operating procedures and processes.
7. · Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and takes appropriate corrective action and/or interacts with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
