Requirements:

* 5+ years of professional development experience on the web (hands-on).
* Experience designing and developing scalable, distributed, maintainable and high performance web applications
* Experience with C# and .Net development with experience in other languages a plus (Java, Python, Ruby, C++)
* Expert in ASP.NETMVC with other MVC framework experience a plus (Rails, Django, Spring)
* Experience with web technologies such as web services, SOA, REST, HTTP, JQuery and raw JavaScript
* Proficient in SQL and stored procedures with a major RDBMS (Sybase, MS SQL Server, or Oracle)
* Great communication skills. Ability to express technical concepts in clear, concise and effective terms
* Extensive experience with practical design patterns, enterprise integration patterns and testing techniques
* Strong knowledge and interest in emerging technologies and tools (both in and out of the Microsoft/.NET stack)
* Interact with various groups including: Project managers, developers, analyst, QA staff, release engineers and database developers
* Provide assistance with investigating and resolving production errors and performance issues
