Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience and mastery of ASP .Net is a must.
Expertise in C#, SQL Server, NHibernate, OOP
Very good Communication skills
should show willingness to learn new technologies and work on them as the need arises.

Generic Managerial Skills:
Should take full responsibility as well as accountability
Also coordination should be ensured with different support groups and offshore.
