Recruiting Coordinator (closed)
Prominent Law Firm located in the NYC area is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator - Mid to High $50's
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Plan and implement all summer associate functions and activities for the New York program
• With assistance from the Professional Resources Group, must be able to develop and monitor adherence to the budget for these activities.
• Coordinate all law school recruiting activities for the New York office including scheduling New York attorneys to interview during OCI and scheduling all law student office interviews
• Coordinate various aspects of lateral recruiting
• Provide support for CLE administration
• Assist with professional development and training programs as needed
• Assist with any other programs or projects as requested either by the New York office hiring partner of the Director of Professional Development
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of law firm or professional development experience required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
