I am recruiting for a "non-degreed" Accounting Coordinator.

The ideal candidate has to have patience and focus because the learning curve for this position can be lengthy.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for all accounting functions related to WIP transactions including order processing, acknowledgment discrepancy reconciliation, accounts payable, & client invoicing.

Responsible for following up with team members to reconcile discrepancies and questions related to WIP transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

-Set-up new clients in Team Design

-Set-up New Vendors in Team Design

-Correct any manufacturer SIF code errors in Team Design

-Process Manufacturer Purchase Orders

-Process Manufacturer Order Acknowledgment

-Change Order Management
