SUMMARY:
- Oversees all aspect of HR for a GROWING union facility (Employee and Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
- Strategic and hands-on HR role

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years HR Manager experience
- Manufacturing and/or Logistics industry experience
- Experience working with unions 
- Bachelor's degree
