Lean Quality Engineer

Our aerospace manufacturing client located north of Boston is seeking a Lean Quality Engineer to join their talented staff. The Quality Engineer will be instrumental in assuring that product conforms to internal and external requirements and will drive and support the quality systems, procedure maintenance, and new procedure implementation. This will also be the primary leader and driver of Lean implementation throughout this company's manufacturing base.

This individual must be hands on oriented, capable of developing and owning strategic plans and be willing to work on the factory floor to execute and deliver these plans - a well rounded individual who has an understanding of quality and lean principles in addition to excellent communication skills.

*   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, masters degree preferred
*   3-5 years lean quality engineering experience
*   Aerospace machining experience desired
