Job Description: Our client urgently requires a Commercial / Procurement Manager. Middle East AND western experience working on large scale projects and should have a database of international sub-contractor contacts with rock bottom prices from China to the Ivory Coast for all forms of materials. Contracting background required.

Although based in Dubai you will oversee all projects in the region from Nigeria, KSA, UAE, Qatar to Kurdistan etc

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

- Degree required.

-15+ years experience essential. 5 years ME experience advantageous. 

UK experience a distinct advantage

Fluent English required. French will be highly advantageous.
