We are currently interviewing for an IT Technical Support Specialist. This position will essentially be the face of the IT Department for one of the most prestigious companies Los Angeles.


Must Meet the Following Requirements:


- Previous experience in Technical Support supporting over 250 End-Users

- Working Knowledge of running sql queries on MS SQL Server

- Working Knowledge of Crystal Reports or similar reporting software.

- Bachelors Degree

- Great Customer Service Skills


Compensation:

- Annual Bonus of up to, 8% - 10%
