Senior Account Executive/IT and UX Consulting and Full Time Placement Sales (closed)
Palace Gate is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Professional in the Technical Services Industry. This position will be based at our headquarters in Evanston, IL with a local territory. This individual should be results oriented and aggressive in sales as a ?Top Producer" with a winning attitude and entrepreneurial vision generating, building and servicing Chicagoland National Accounts.
Under minimal supervision, performs varied and increasingly responsible duties of a Sales nature related to crafting, selling and delivering placement-based and practice-based technology resources/services/solutions to Fortune 100 and other industry-leading companies. Performs related duties as required. Position includes an extremely competitive salary, bonus structure with the highest earning potential in our industry as well as a full comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401K Plan.
?Must have demonstrated and quantifiable success in selling to management and senior level executives, key decision makers and influencers within the Information Technology arena while working within high energy, rapid growth and fast paced surroundings.
?Demonstrated ability and success in achieving results, developing lines of business, and becoming the trusted advisor to Managers and Senior Executives, including experience as a presenter, communicator, facilitator and/or trainer as required.
?Must have successful experience on the sales aspects related to program design and revenue generation. This includes reference-able, relevant examples of solving problems and delivering successful outcomes through use of Best Practices, originality, independent judgment, and demonstrated ability and background in thinking ?outside the box".
?Must be highly focused on adhering to and leading others in the accomplishment of organizational mission and vision while demonstrating corporate values, including a commitment to ?Doing the Right Thing."
Examples of Duties:
?Build new accounts and manage existing accounts in Chicagoland and national territories. Finding and closing new opportunities in a highly competitive market and thrive as part of a fast growing, successful, expanding sales organization.
?Build working relationships with inside Account Managers and internal departments such as Inside Sales Support, Corporate Support, and Resource Delivery.
?Possession of a bachelor?s degree in business administration, technology, sales or related field is required.
?MBA or equivalent is a plus.
?At least 5 years? experience of proven success at selling and delivering technology services/resources.
?Experience with technology terminology, services, major accounts, and business solutions.
? Sales certifications and prior experience selling advance technology solutions is a plus.
?Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
?Exceptional customer service, account management and time management skills.
?High-performing, results-oriented and hands-on strategic planner.
?Ability to prospect new business via referral sources and cold calling; able to run face-to-face appointments with potential clients.
?Ability to learn from mistakes and improve job performance.
?Professional demeanor, attitude and respect for others.
?Knowledge of complex business and technology Project/Program/Resource management.
?English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Intermediate math skills.
