TrainingFolks is looking for a Senior Solutions Developer for a full-time, 6-18 month project.  Instructional Systems Designer needed with previous IT experience.

Role Description:

• Collaborates with Instructional Designers in the prescription of learning solutions, with a focus on technology, and actively participates in project teams throughout the project.
• Takes a lead role in the design and development of complex, technology-based learning solutions with minimal oversight. 
• Formulates and executes plans, and communicates those clearly too non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have combined experience in Learning knowledge and e-learning Technology development (both instructional design and instructional technology design). 
• An independent learning consultant with a solid client base, including those in the financial services and banking industries
• Must have programming experience with the following:

o    ASP 3.0 coder

o    Java

o    XML

o    Robotlegs

o    Both back office programming and User Interface experience

Location: Charlotte, NC.  Can be a remote role if you are on the east coast!

Duration: 6 to 18 month contract, full time hours
