5+ years of extensive software development experience are required.

•Strong development skills in Java, Webshpere/Tomcat, javascript, XML,  xHTML, HTML4, HTML 5,HTTP Protocol,HTML, SOAP, spring/struts, UNIX, Linux
•Strong Market Data development experience
•Experience with Reuters and/or Activ Financial APIs preferred
•Tibco Product knowledge a plus, RVRD, EMS, AMS
•Experience using IBM/Rational ClearCase
•Strong Unix & Linux Skills and Scripting Experience
•Oracle Database Experience a plus
•Strong test plan writing skills
•Financial brokerage Knowledge skills a plus
•Strong and mature interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills are required.
•Demonstrated skills with the full systems development life cycle process are required.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
•Resourceful ability to perform and/or support a 24x7 on-call duties periodically throughout the year is required.
•BS Computer Science or equivalent is required; MS Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
•Experience and demonstrated ability using advanced methodologies (UML, data flow diagrams, work and process flow diagrams, object oriented design) is required.
•Abilities to work independently and in a team environment, to give and receive direction to and from team members, to deal with constant change, and to participate in continual process improvement are required.
•Must be capable of interacting with individuals at both technical and non-technical levels.
•Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are required.
•Strong technical aptitude and personal willingness to learn additional skills as required by the business.
•Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects with a minimum of direction are required.
•Data mining skills (e.g. MS Access or SQL) are preferred.
•Fidelity infrastructure and applications knowledge is desirable.
