Job Description:  (Senior SAP Basis Consultant)                                                                              
• Candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in the SAP Basis and Security activities especially in Windows environment preferably in cluster environment.                                                        
• Candidate should have should have good soft skills in the area of communication and consultancy                                                                    
• The position is responsible for all aspects of SAP Basis Administration including the installation, configuration and maintenance of the Basis component of SAP systems                                                      
• Individuals should be capable of working independently or in teams and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers to gain insight and come out with solutions to resolve issues.                                                  
• The SAP Basis Administrator will install support packs, conducts upgrades, perform backups/recoveries, system refreshes, troubleshooting, administer databases, conduct failovers, and monitor and ensure performance of the SAP systems as well as the supported bolt-on systems                                
• Expertise in Solution Manager E2E standards implementation and support                                                                        
• Good understanding of SAP security in R3, BW/BI, HR and Solution Manager                                                                        
• Candidate should have excellent knowledge of documentation, Problem analysis and solving, quality process and user training
