Senior HR Systems Analyst (closed)
In this Sr. HR Systems Analyst position, you will act as core team member for the HR SAP support organization, working cross functionally with Payroll, Time, Benefits and Portal teams. You will be responsible to gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements, translating business needs into applicable system design solutions via prototyping, development, configuration and testing.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will partner with local, regional and global colleagues to drive viable, cost-effective solutions; resolve difficult issues and create solutions to optimize system effectiveness. You will be responsible to plan, and oversee work involving large and complex projects. You will not directly supervise; however, will provide direction to team on projects and assignments.
While directly supporting local North America Human Resources, you will also align globally on systems changes and testing efforts, ensuring global alignment between Human Resources support teams.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
5+ years experience with previous business application system implementations
Previous experience in Human Resources or related business experience
Previous experience working with Human Resource Systems
Knowledge and expertise in supporting Human Resource business processes and systems
Leadership and project management skills
SAP experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively plan and manage project activities and committing to deliverables and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional language skills considered to be an advantage
Awareness and ability to lead and work in multi-cultural teams
Awareness and ability to work in a global/virtual environment
