Configuring and Trouble shooting Cluster environment

Installing and Configuring of MS SQL

Patch installation / Roll Back .

Analyzing skill on Patch and Hot fix .

Worked in Database Migration

Capacity Management.

High availability concepts (Cluster, Logshipping, Database Mirroring)   

Disaster Recovery Planning  

Knowledge of appropriate RAID level in SAN Storage"  

Nice to have skills

Performance and Tuning.

T-SQL code trouble shooting

Worked on Microsoft Best practice implementation

SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Database Monitoring and Tuning Design

Setup SQL trace and Analyse the issue"

Worked in 24x7 production support environment

Should be able to participate in client calls & suggest technical & process   improvements

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Must have handled on-call during and after working hours

Knowledge of Change and Process Management ITIL standards
