Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day support and month-end support for Oracle eBusiness Suite
• Handle change request
• Do weekly reporting
• Perform documentation adhere to JSOX and SOP

Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

Hand-ons  Implementation/Support Experience on the following areas:

• Oracle eBusiness Suite for Financial (R11i, AP, AP, FA, CM, GL, iExpense)
• Distribution (R11i Quoting, Inventory, Order Management)
• Manufacturing (R11i WIP, BOM, MRP/ASCP)
• CRM (R11i Contract, TeleServices, Depot Repair)
• Cost Management

Minimum 5 years and above of working experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation and daily support

Have good analysis skills

Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolutionA

Able to multi-task and work independently

Responsive and good team player

Organized and meticulous 

Preferred Requirements:

• Technical skills on PLSQL, Developer 2000, Forms (This is a good to have but please do not send people with just technical or a lot of technical skill set)
• Have implementation and support Oracle experience globally
• Good communication skills (English)
