Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Education/Experience:                                                                

CPA, bachelor's degree in accounting from four-year college or university,

• 5+ years’ experience
• Well versed in SEC reporting and Corporate financial functions
• Well versed in GAAP and  internal controls over financial reportin

Duties:

 Responsible for the maintenance, completion and accuracy of quarterly SEC reporting, periodic Insider reporting and monthly review of Consolidated Financials including financial statement review, analysis, account reconciliation, adjustments to financials and monthly close.

• Ensure compliance of our XBRL filings through working with external consulting companies.
• Responsible for Investor presentations and quarterly investor reports.
• Responsible for Audit Committee and Board of Director quarterly information
• Responsible for Director payments and Insider FORM 3,4 and 5 filings
