Responsibilities and prospects for the Operations Manager include:
Plans, directs and controls the activities of information systems, technology and telecommunications operations
Coordinates the integration of new and existing systems
Evaluates studios of the economics of possible alternative methods of processing
Develops and implements data operations policies and work standards to provide data processing and management information/reporting services to the organization
Directs and supervises a support position in performing various information systems functions

Education and experience for the Operations Manager include:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with information systems & telecommunications operations
Experience with Development and implementation data operations policies
Experience with processing and management information/reporting services
Managerial experience
