This role will be responsible for interacting with both field engineers and engineering management based in the office. Will be involved in equipment tear down and failure analysis, as well as equipment design review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with design, tear down, and failure analysis of ESPs/sumbmersible pumps required.
• 10-12 years of total experience preferred
• BSME strongly preferred
• Management/supervisory skills a plus
