Embrace transformative frameworks like jQuery, HighCharts, etc

Comfortable authoring within an advanced web application framework such as .NET

Working knowledge of cross browser issues

Proficient with a design tool such as Fireworks, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Solid grasp of common UI patterns and UX fundamentals

Past experience in enterprise web-applications

-2 years experience or a strong student portfolio

Proven experience with JavaScript, HTML & CSS

Competent cropping & optimizing production artwork using a design tool such as Fireworks, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Convert design mockups to quality HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript for multiple enterprise software products

Coordinate with other developers to implement front-end features and evangelize front-end coding best practices within a geographically distributed engineering team
