Job Description

Responsibilities:
Director of Sales is responsible for leading a team of Regional Sales Managers who will be prospecting, developing and closing deals with Corporate Legal and Government Departments. The candidate shall develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers, and successfully meet or exceed assigned team revenue targets.  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage and achieve monthly and annual team sales objectives
  • Develop strategic account plans for targeted major accounts
  • Develop weekly sales forecasts and pipeline management in sf.com
  • Sales and contract negotiations
  • Recruiting, hiring and On Boarding Regional Managers
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on events, product launches and market feedback
  • Contribute to corporate sales and territory planning, compensation plans and other management activities
  • Expense approvals for Team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Sales Management experience
  • 5+ years experience in software sales and at least 5+ years eDiscovery experience
  • Successfully worked with C-Level executives, Attorneys, Litigation Support
  • Robust knowledge of the eDiscovery Market
  • Consistently ranked as top performer in prior sales management experience
  • Proven ability and success closing deals and moving a company strategy forward to meet sales objectives. Demonstrated ability to sell software solutions across multiple groups in an organization.
  • Effective Sales Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Extensive experience recruiting, hiring and on boarding new employees
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships and selling to Fortune 2000 Legal Departments and Government agencies
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-focused
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator and time management skills
  • BA or BS required
  • Travel: 25% - 50%
