Account Director, Design and Creative Staffing with Focus in Professional Services
The largest creative and marketing staffing firm in the world is expanding their sales force across the US. You will dive deep into understanding clients' needs, trends, challenges and future growth possibilities.
. Consistently follow a formal sales process and maintain a healthy pipeline
. Develop, lead and update account strategies for fortune 500 accounts
. Develop and manage relationships with C-Level and key contacts (Senior Level Marketing, Web and Creative Services Management, Procurement,Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Diversity, Finance and HR)
. Respond to contracts, pricing and RFP's. Manage agreements and contract compliance
. Lead quarterly and annual client reviews as well as project debriefs
. Maintain focus and high productivity with minimal in-person management
. Travel as necessary for in-person client meetings
. An enthusiastic and involved networker
. A confident and tenacious closer
. A 4-year degree and 5+ years of sales experience. (Ideal sales background is selling to Marketing or Creative Services functions, professional niche staffing environment, or business to business sales of service products like outsourcing or consulting)
. Past quantifiable success in selling and expanding multiple large and mid-sized accounts
. Proven track record of exceeding goals in metric driven sales cultures
We are looking for someone who has worked at or with major Consulting and Professional Services firms like Booz, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. More of a farmer role than hunter, will get "warm" accounts to penetrate and grow. Will come to DC office twice a week. Staffing background not as necessary as Industry Experience working with Consulting firms. Marketing background a plus.
80-85k base plus bonus and commission. 120-130k first year.
