Experience: 5 to 10yrs

Location: Pune

 We are looking a Senior Candidate who has extensive product design AND manufacturing experience. Very experienced people who are good engineers and are happy to work on their own. Attitude to learn and improving and improvising is mandatory

 Also we are NOT looking at managers or people, who wish to be managing a team.

 Expected Skills –

1. Proven experience in design of industrial equipments with hands on exposure to fabrication of steel structures, frames.
2. Candidates must possess good knowledge of various metal working manufacturing processes such as welding, sheet metal part manufacturing etc and should be very well versed with various design calculations associated with the products they are designing.
3. 3.      Ability to perform hand calculations for design validation and exposure to FEA is a must.
4. Candidates must be strong on thermal and structural engineering fundamentals.
5. Proficiency on atleast one CAD package at expert level is must and preference will be given to candidates with sound inventor knowledge.
6. Working exposure to PLM will be an added advantage.

 Communication - Very strong on verbal and written English

 Travel - Should be willing to travel overseas for extended durations for training/project implementation, however, the work doesn’t require frequent travelling
