Our client requires a detail orientated individual to act as a Service Advisor in a large Import Automotive Dealership.

Responsibilities

-operating income phone switch board systems
-greeting customers in a friendly manner
-assessing customer requirments
-coordinating customers service appointments
-liasing with customers to relay service progress
-coordinating the purchase and logistics of automotive parts
-operating point of sales equipment
-providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

2-3 years experience in a Import Automotive Dealership (ie. Nissan, Toyota, Honda etc.)
