Description: Our Client is the leading electronic security services company in the U.S. With close to 200 offices around the country, the company employs over 20,000 associates and generates revenue of $4 billion a year. The majority of their clients are Fortune 500 companies and at least half of the country’s top 50 national and regional banks utilize their security systems to protect their assets. Our Client is currently looking for an experienced IT Senior Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT projects in the Sales space
• Deliver overall management of team and assigned project including coordination, status reports, and stability of the project work effort; manage financial, scope, and critical path for assigned projects;
• Resolve project related issues or operational issues impacting IT or business;
• Utilize and implement project management processes and methodologies for IT that ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet the customer's expectations ;
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope and specifications; 
• Coordinate the work of design and development teams to implement online designs;  
• Collaborate with the customer to define standards and measures for quality and customer satisfaction requirements;
•  Assist and prepare the budget, forecast, and capital reports
• Coordinate system analysis and applications development activities through direct and indirect staff. Assist and recommend process and quality improvement activities for the organization

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience within Information Technology implementing large-scale business systems from a computer programming environment;
• IT Project Management experience with a Fortune 500 Company;
• Experience working with Sales and Finance Business Units;
• High-level knowledge and proficiency in Project Management methodologies, Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques;
• Advanced knowledge of major package applications software (Websphere and RPG and Siebel environments);
• Strong knowledge and understanding of sales business principles, practices and procedures;
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
• US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field with coursework in technology-related subjects;
• Project Management Institute Project Management Professional Certification and Six Sigma Certify;
