UK Sales Manager / £35-45k pa + exceptional commission structure / London

Leading French Advertising Sales agency, who are currently in the process of opening offices throughout Europe, are seeking Sales Managers to help spearhead their UK operation.  The Brand uses its unique video technology to distribute high definition video adverts with premium publishers. They have experienced phenomenal success in France in the past 12 months and will be replicating the model in the UK. Making this is a very exciting time to join!

Based in London, the Sales Manager will be challenged to execute the UK sales strategy and to achieve and surpass challenging revenue goals in an exciting and rapidly growing market.

The Role;

• Manage a large client and agency portfolio
• Advise clients and create brand loyalty
• Negotiate Sales contracts
• Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the UK business
• Hit and surpass challenging sales targets

The Talent;

• You must have excellent record selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape
• Extremely well connected within all the major UK advertising agencies
• You will have an intimate knowledge of everything digital and will ideally be well versed in online video
• Proven track record of winning large accounts
• You will be a visible leader for the Brand both internally and externally
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good technical knowledge, basic knowledge of ad-serving and tracking technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccably spoken and written English
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
• A fantastic track record of delivering success
• 3-5 years of sales experience in online media
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape
• Degree and/or equivalent
• A fantastic networker
