SUMMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Review the manufacturing process on batch tickets and recommend and implement revision of the process. Perform manufacturing procedures on batch tickets for documentation and perform tests in accordance with quality specification

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

Process Engineering (50%)
Recommend the development of new manufacturing process and implement the process when authorized
Develop, design and recommend new manufacturing process for new intermediates and manage the manufacturing process - (Review, implement and recommend manufacturing process for scale up)
Design and implement a manufacturing process for an optimal process
Develop and recommend manufacturing process for improvement of productivity.
Define process problems and carry out the trouble shooting.
Review and manage the production equipment to improve operating performance

Process Control (25%)
Plan equipment layout for production and dispose work.
Manage and sustain the production utility for quality stability
Adjust product specifications using statistical data for production specs
Management of specification data for statistical method
Manage the batch samples
Sustain status of intermediates, color
Assist inventory control of intermediates (Ensure that inventories are in the field monthly).

Inspection (20%)
Measure and monitor the properties of intermediates.
Test and inspect critical raw materials
Manage non conformance products
Apply root cause analysis and implement tests to resolve the problems
Convert non conformance products to good products
Track the non conformance products
Perform tests for FCR

Others
Preserve the ISO/TS 16949 standards, and play a key role in Internal Audits.
Analyze the capacity of the Production and liaise the data with SC
Control batch tickets on inconsistencies
Examine the product delivery on time according to the SC schedule.
Control the movements of slow moving stocks.
Manage and analyze the differences of each lot to guarantee product quality consistency
Analyze the measurement data.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Chemical Engineering
5 years of process engineering experience.
Computer skills
Good people management skills
Trained in Process Management
