SUMMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Develop strategies, and through the Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service and Export Teams execute, co-ordinate and monitor all marketing, product management, customer service and export activities to meet business objectives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

To manage all aspects of the EH&S policy related to the Refinish product range to ensure compliance with policy and local regulatory bodies. Ensure all staff comply with company EH&S policy.
Manage the ANZ development, implementation and analysis of all marketing strategies for the Auto-Refinish business portfolio aimed at increasing market share and overall business profitability. Portfolio segments include Car, Commercial Transport, Consumables, Colour and BMSG.
Contribute to the development of global marketing strategy to ensure regional needs are incorporated and the local implementation of this strategy is consistent with regional plans.
Through the Product Management team manage the strategic development, implementation, maintenance, obsoletion, pricing and analysis of the SEA Auto Refinish product range in order to meet business financial and market share targets.
Manager the strategic development and effectiveness of the Consumer Service department for the SEA Auto Refinish and APIC business.
Manage the strategic development and effectiveness of Export for the SEA Auto Refinish and APIC business.
Ensure that business deliverables can be achieved by selecting, managing the performance of, and developing a cohesive skilled team.
Manage the SEA Refinish SOP and Demand Management process including forecasting and DRP to export warehouse with the objective of maintaining acceptable OTIF while minimizing total and slow moving stock value

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree
Postgraduate qualification in business or marketing
15 years experience in automotive paint or related industry including 10 years in a sales/marketing role.
